Working closely with stakeholders, I organized and led a team of 7 in the redesign of a social scheduling app built for college students. Leading user research initiatives, presenting findings to stakeholders, and informing the design of mockups to build early interaction flows, I assisted in getting this startup off the ground and laying early groundwork for SoPs within the company.
